Metropol Win 911
Has a hot-pink cover with a semi-clenched hand on the front, the palm and fingers of which are painted to depict a choir (!) and was recorded live at the old Opera House, Frankfurt, West Germany. The LP was made in Italy and released on Metropol WIN 911 "for promotion only" (the cover says). Recording quality is (in my opinion) pretty lousy but as a fan, we would listen to live JW through a tin can attached by a string if we had to.
