Sienna Guillory is the daughter of the Cuban-born noted guitarist Isaac Guillory. Isaac Guillory who is noted for his work with Donovan, Joan Baez, Elkie Brooks and Mick Jagger. .

Sienna Guillory studied at the New World School of the Dramatic Arts, as well as at the Paris Conservatoire.

In 2000, Sienna Guillory garnered critical acclaim for her role in BBC's 'Take a Girl Like You'.
