Film plot en Francais: Cela fait deux ans que Jason Bourne, ex-agent américain, et sa compagne Marie se cachent dans plusieurs endroits du monde avec la plus grande prudence. Le village de Goa en Inde serait le dernier. Peine perdue : un mystérieux tueur se lance à leur poursuite après l'avoir impliqué dans une opération concernant la CIA . Bourne essaye de fuir mais Marie est tuée et lui-même est laissé pour mort . Bourne avait dit qu'il se vengerait s'il voyait l'ombre de Treadstone derrière son dos. Il tiendra parole.
