FAQ - Ordering

Q.How do I order a DVD?
A.You can order DVDs, by using the Paypal shopping cart on this website.
On the left side of each web page, you will see two buttons related to ordering and buying of Blu-Ray DVDs:

  1. Add to cart - Use this button to add a DVD to your shopping cart . After you clicked the "Add to cart" button you will presented the "cart" view were you can decide to either continue shopping or go to the check-out
  2. View Cart - Use the "view cart" button to review and/or update the contents of your cart and to complete your acquisitions

All prices are listed on this website are without shipping costs (unless indicated otherwise) . After I have received your order I will calculate the exact shipping fees , based on your destination address and the parcels weight and send you a seperate paypal invoice for the shipping fees.

Q.What is the price of shipping?

You can estimate the shipping fees for a single DVD as follows:

Destination: Switzerland FREE
Destination: Europe 4€
Destination: USA or outside Europe 5€

 

Q.Do you have any references from buyers?

Q.Can I combine multiple albums ?
A.Yes - just add the DVDs to your shopping cart.

Q.I don't have paypal, can I still order DVDs?
A.Yes, simply email me the list of the DVDs you are interested in and your preferred payment methods.

FAQ - Shipping

Q.How much does it cost to ship the DVD(s) to my country?
A.Shipping costs are determined by the weight and distance. Contact me for details

 

 

Q.Which currency are the prices on your website?
A.All the prices on my website are listed in US$, email me if you need to know the price in your local currency.

Q.Will you ship to my country?
A.YES, I will ship to any country in the world.
Note that for France and Italy registered mail is required and the price is an additional 6$ per parcel

Q.When will you ship my item?
A.Items will be shipped same or next business day of confirmed payment receival.

Q.Can you provide me with a tracking-id?
A.Tracking-id's are available for parcels which have been insured or send as registered mail

Q. How long does it take to ship/transport the item?
Q. How comes that item has still not arrived?

A. The time to ship an item is for Europe 5-10 working days, and for the Rest of the World 10-15 working days. Take into account some delays may be caused by Legal holidays, customs processing etc. Specific shipping information to your country can be found on this Swiss Postal page

Q.How can I protect myself against lost or broken items?
A. ALL DVDs are packaged in corrugated cardboard and professional mailers. Despite this protection, the Postal services are sometimes using their trucks to drive over the parcel and a occasionally a broken DVD can happen. To cover yourself against the risks of broken or lost items, you MUST USE for the optional insurance. Without this insurance I will not take any responsibility for lost or broken items.

 

FAQ - Payment methods

Q.How do I pay within Switzerland?
A. Payments within Switzerland can be made by direct payment to my Post-finance account. If you are using the red payment slip at the post-office, you must add CHF 2 for the costs charged by the post office.

Q.Do you accept cash in mail?
A.Yes, I will be happy to accept cash (USD, EUR, CHF) via registered mail. No coins please

Q.Can I make a direct bank-transfer?
A.Yes, You can make a direct-transfer to my bank account, bank's service costs MUST be charged to your own account.
Note that Switzerland is considers a non-EEC country as far as banks are concerned, therefore international bank transfers are very expensive

Q.Do you accept Cheques/Money/Bidpay Orders?
A.Cheques and money orders are an uncommon payment method in Switzerland and I therefore no longer accept Cheques or Money Orders
