Collectors information & Description:Guem is a percussionist and dancer born in Batna ( Algeria ). His real name Abdelmadjid GUEMGUEM. He was born March 9, 1947 in Batna (Algeria). He spent his youth in Batna. He was a member of several musical batnéennes bands as a percussionist. He was also a footballer and played in the team of CAB (Club Aures Batna) without forgetting his small move to MCA (Mouloudia Club Algiers). In the 1960s, he spent long periods in France but it was not until early 1970 he settled permanently in France. Guem will have the opportunity to accompany jazz musicians in various American Center in Paris. He recorded several albums and toured internationally, which enhanced its reputation.
